Remember these?

My parents did a good job of saving things that we had when we were kids. I still have my favorite blanket (which Miss M keeps on her bed), old dress up cloths, crib and dresser (that my dad made and all the kids have used), my first cabbage patch doll -stacey ellen, etc. Lately the kids have been having lots of fun playing with our old view masters. Both girls have figured out how to put in the discs and get to see all sorts of fun 3-d images including the muppet babies, sesame street, teenage mutant ninja turtle, and snow white. I think they even have some recently made ones that I picked up at the BX a few years ago. An interesting fact... I just read on the wiki site that I linked to above that there are 25 different types of viewers and have been 1.5 billion discs produced. Despite all the changes in the materials and company changes, all discs will work in all viewers...

Here are some pics of the girls playing with them and using the sunlight from the window to see really bright images...
